Fine Dining Supervisor – Summer 2020 Season
The Fine Dining Supervisor is responsible for guest and food service in the Walter Wilcox Dining Room and library at Moraine Lake Lodge. This role supervises the everyday operations of the dining room; scheduling, managing and training dining room team to ensure quality service for our guests; cleanliness and organization of dining room and service areas; ordering and inventory; ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed and monitoring expenses and revenue for dining room. This position also requires the Dining Room Supervisor to be a working server. The Fine Dining Supervisor is expected to attend weekly supervisor’s meetings and be committed to promoting a positive team work environment. In addition, they will need to have strong organizational and communication skills. They must have a strong working relationship with the Chef de Cuisine, General Manager, and Owners.
