Details:
- Fulltime, 40 hrs. a week,
- Hourly wage with gratuities,
- Staff accommodation: $15.00/day, includes all meals and laundry.
- May 24, 2021 – October 2, 2021 (TBC),
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada prior to offer of employment.

Duties/Responsibilities
The Fine Dining Server is a part of the Moraine Lake Lodge fine dining team responsible for guest and food service in the Walter Wilcox Dining Room. This position requires strong multi-tasking skills. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to; breakfast service, a la carte dinner with wine service, bussing of tables, cleanliness and organization of dining room, proper food handling procedures, strong menu knowledge and food pairing suggestions, opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2 years of fine dining serving experience,
- Proserve certificate or equivalent,
- Previous tourism/hospitality experience, as asset,
- Previous wine or bar experience, an asset,
- Second language, an asset
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- CPR and First Aid Certificate, an asset,
- Must be guest service oriented, excellent people skills with a positive & upbeat personality,
- Outdoor enthusiast, a passion for hiking and exploring the Rocky Mountains,
